1.Service Cancellation Policy
We understand that business needs change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our technicians who schedule their day around appointments.

2.Refund Policy for Services Rendered
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please contact us within 7 business days of the service date.
- Workmanship Issues: If the issue for which service was requested recurs within 30 days of service, we will return to diagnose and re-service at no additional labor charge (parts excluded)
- Service Not Completed: If our technician is unable to complete the requested service through no fault of the customer, a full refund or credit will be issued
- Diagnostic Fees: Diagnostic fees are generally non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward the cost of repair if you proceed with service
- Completed Services: Refunds for completed and accepted services are not generally issued unless there is a documented error on our part
3.Refund Policy for Products & Supplies
For printer supplies and consumables (toner cartridges, ink, paper, drums, maintenance kits):
- Unopened / Unused Items: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with original packaging and receipt — full refund issued
- Opened / Installed Items: Non-refundable unless the item was defective upon receipt
- Defective Products: Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion within 90 days of purchase
- Special Order Items: Items specially ordered for your equipment are non-refundable unless defective
Return shipping costs for eligible product returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
4.Service Contract / Managed Print Agreements
For customers enrolled in ongoing service contracts or managed print agreements:
- Contract terms and cancellation provisions are outlined in your individual Service Agreement
- Most contracts require 30-day written notice for cancellation
- Early termination fees may apply as specified in your agreement
- Prepaid contract amounts for unused service periods may be refunded on a pro-rated basis
5.How to Request a Refund or Report an Issue
To request a refund or report a service issue, please:
- Contact us within 7 business days of the service date or product receipt
- Provide your name, service date, invoice number, and description of the issue
- Our team will respond within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method
